We are expanding our reach and looking for motivated Independent Sales Agents to join our team.

 Job Summary

As an Independent Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in promoting Curnect’s platform to artisans and service providers across Abuja, Lagos, and Ibadan. You will be responsible for onboarding artisans, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our service listing plans. This role is commission-based, offering you the flexibility to work independently while earning based on performance.

 Types of Agents Needed

1. Fixed Agents (Shop Owners):  

   – Promote Curnect’s services from your shop, engaging with walk-in customers and local artisans. 

   – Ideal for shop owners who have a significant daily footfall of artisans and service providers.

2. Mobile Agents:  

   – Engage artisans and service providers on the move. 

   – Visit marketplaces, construction sites, and artisan hubs to sign up professionals on Curnect.

3. Digital Agents:  

   – Promote Curnect’s platform online using social media, blogs, and other digital channels. 

   – Ideal for individuals with a strong online presence or those who are active in digital marketing spaces.

 Responsibilities

– Identify and onboard new artisans and service providers onto the Curnect platform.

– Educate artisans about Curnect’s services, benefits, and the value of being listed.

– Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.

– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

– Provide excellent customer service to artisans and service providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

– Gather feedback from artisans and report to Curnect’s team for continuous improvement.

 Requirements

– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

– Familiarity with the artisan sector or local markets in Abuja, Lagos, or Ibadan is a plus.

– For Digital Agents: Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

– Must be residing in or familiar with the target cities: Abuja, Lagos, or Ibadan.
